DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Banana Prestige Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with 75% banana, from the Selezione Prestige range, for an intense yet natural taste.
The high fruit content gives a creamy gelato with the scent of ripe banana, popular with children and great with chocolate, caramel and exotic fruits.
Ideal for: banana gelato, kids' flavours and exotic cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
