Banana Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the sweet, creamy taste of banana, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.

Banana gives a creamy, sweet gelato much loved by children: it pairs with chocolate, hazelnut and caramel and is used for banana splits, smoothies and semifreddi.

Ideal for: banana and chocolate gelato, smoothies and semifreddi.

Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
