Seedless, the berries give a smooth, even, intense and tangy sorbet, ideal for those who dislike seeds.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 - 80 g per kg of mix.
