DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Easy Mixed Berry Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of intense, slightly tart mixed berries.
Raspberries, blueberries and blackberries give a purple, intense, slightly tangy sorbet; with water only it is ready in minutes.
Ideal for: mixed berry gelato and sorbet, cheesecake gelato.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
