DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Mixed Berry Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the intense taste of mixed berries, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Berries give an intensely flavoured purple sorbet, between sweet and tart: perfect next to yogurt and fior di latte and used for cheesecake gelato and summer sundaes.
Ideal for: mixed berry sorbet, cheesecake gelato and yogurt.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
