Blueberry Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the intense, fruity taste of blueberry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
The sorbet is purple; it can also be used on a milk or yogurt base and pairs with cheesecake and vanilla.
Ideal for: blueberry gelato, cheesecake and yogurt.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
