It is a fresh, crunchy variegate, excellent over custard and fior di latte.
Ideal for: rippling base flavours, decorating trays, filled cones and semifreddi.
Recommended pairings: Lemon Pie paste, Crunchy Lemon Pie, custard and yogurt.
Features: soft at sub-zero temperatures, stable in the display.
Directions: spread in ripples over freshly churned gelato or use to decorate, fill cones and semifreddi.
