Crema Antica Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of egg custard, with a rich, velvety and delicately vanilla-like profile, with pastry notes.

The velvety, vanilla egg custard taste at just 30 g per kg: it enhances the yellow base and is the starting point for custard sundaes and flavours.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
