Crema della Nonna Gelato Paste Leagel contains 20% egg yolk and a light vanilla aroma, alcohol-free: the classic custard flavour, great with citrus variegates.

The colour is full yellow; alcohol-free, it suits all customers and is finished with citrus or sour cherry variegates.

Ideal for: custard gelato variegated with citrus.

Features: 20% egg yolk, alcohol-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
