Lemon Pie Gelato Paste Leagel recreates the famous tart: lemon and white chocolate gelato topped with Lemon Pie variegate and finished with shortcrust Lemon Pie crumble.
The result is a multi-layered tray. It is processed cold and is gluten-free.
Ideal for: Lemon Pie flavour with dedicated variegate and crumble.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
