Crumble Dry Pistachio Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a pistachio biscuit crumble; the Dry version is drier and crunchier.
The pistachio biscuit gives green, crunchy inclusions that enrich ricotta, white chocolate and pistachio gelato. The biscuits are gluten-free, in a drier, crunchier recipe.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.

Directions: sprinkle over gelato, add between tray layers or use as a cake base.
