Crumble Dry Raspberry Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a raspberry biscuit crumble; the Dry version is drier and crunchier.
Raspberry colours the crumble pink and adds a tangy note: perfect on chocolate and yogurt, and as a semifreddo base. Gluten-free, in the new drier formulation.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.
Features: ready to use, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: sprinkle over gelato, add between tray layers or use as a cake base.
Dosage: to taste.
