Crumble Dry Coffee Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a coffee biscuit crumble; the Dry version is drier and crunchier.
The coffee biscuit completes mascarpone flavours and tiramisu with a toasted note, and decorates after-dinner sundaes. Made with gluten-free biscuits in a drier, crunchier formulation.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.

Directions: sprinkle over gelato, add between tray layers or use as a cake base.
