Crumble Dry Choco Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a chocolate biscuit crumble; the Dry version is drier and crunchier.
The Dry chocolate biscuit creates dark, crunchy streaks on fior di latte, mint and cream, cookie-style. Its new drier recipe uses gluten-free biscuits for extra crunch.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.
Features: ready to use, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: sprinkle over gelato, add between tray layers or use as a cake base.
Dosage: to taste.
