Salted Butter Caramel Leagel is a versatile product for artisan gelato, used both as a flavouring paste and as a variegate: caramel sauce with butter and cream notes and a savoury kick.
As a flavouring paste it is used at 100 g per kg.
Ideal for: decorating sundaes, trays, cakes and single portions.
Recommended pairings: fior di latte, coffee, Caramel Espresso, and apple.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of mix as a paste; to taste as a variegate.
