Easy Salted Caramel Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: caramel gelato with pleasant salty notes, the typical colour of caramelised sugar and a bold toffee taste.
It helps widen the display without complicating production.
Ideal for: salted caramel gelato, sundaes with toffee topping and cheesecake.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, coconut vegetable fat and animal from panna and burro in polvere, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of milk.
Processing: cold.
