Elenka’s Sea Salt Topping is a semi-thick salted caramel sauce for decorating and enriching sundaes, tub gelato and gelato desserts.

It stays firmly on the gelato and does not solidify at low temperatures. Also great on pancakes, crêpes and plated desserts.
