Salted Caramel Gelato Variegate Rubicone is a gelato variegate for artisan gelato with a salted caramel taste.
Salted caramel is a now-classic flavour of French origin: together with Rubicone Salted Caramel Paste it creates a sweet-and-salty gelato, great on fior di latte and chocolate.
Ideal for: variegating display trays, filling sundaes and semifreddi and finishing frozen yogurt, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: spread in ripples over freshly churned gelato or use to decorate sundaes and semifreddi.
