Pink grapefruit gives a citrus sorbet with a pleasant bitter note; with ginger variegate it creates an original, spiced flavour.

Ideal for: citrus sorbet, granita and original flavours.

Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
