DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Coffee Prestige Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with almost 40% instant and ground coffee, from the Selezione Prestige range.
It gives a round, lingering taste like an Italian espresso, with a full colour even at the lowest dose; the emulsifier-free formula keeps the coffee centre stage.
Ideal for: coffee gelato, cappuccino flavours and affogato.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30-50 g per kg of mix.
