Coffee Gelato Paste Leagel is the classic coffee-based paste for coffee gelato, with excellent value.

At 50 g per kg it gives a full-flavoured coffee gelato with good value for money: the base for affogato, pairing with chocolate, hazelnut and caramel variegates. Made with high-quality raw materials, it is processed cold.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogato and semifreddi.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
