Malaga Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with raisins and a delicate taste of Marsala wine and rum, with a warm, vinous and fruity profile, with enveloping sweetness and a pleasant aromatic note.

Raisins, Marsala and rum give the classic malaga gelato, warm and winey; at 100 g per kg the taste is full.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
