DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Malaga Gelato Paste Toschi is for making traditional Malaga gelato, flavoured with rum, raisin wine and raisins, a classic of Italian gelato.
Malaga is a historic flavour of Italian gelato, inspired by the Spanish sweet wine: finish it with rum-soaked raisins during batch-freezing; it is especially popular with adult customers.
Ideal for: Malaga gelato, raisin semifreddi and rum sundaes.
Features: rum, raisin wine and raisin flavour, for a white base.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 kg of white base mix.
