Crème Caramel Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of classic crème caramel, with a sweet, creamy and delicately toasted profile, with notes of cooked sugar and custard.

The creamy, caramelised taste of crème caramel is completed with a drizzle of caramel sauce on top; vegan, it works on a milk or water base.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
