DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Chocolate Box Maxilatte Leagel is a ready mix for artisan creamy milk chocolate gelato.

It is made with the hot process and gives a creamy, sweet milk chocolate that children love; also excellent rippled with hazelnut or caramel creams.

Ideal for: milk chocolate gelato, bacio and stracciatella.

Features: just add water, also suitable for variegating, coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: hot, at 80 °C.
