DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Aymara Tutto Fondente Martini Gelato is a complete powder base, free from milk and dairy, for an exquisite artisan dark chocolate gelato.
It contains a high share of dark chocolate powder rich in cocoa butter; pair it with apricot for a Sachertorte flavour or with salted toffee.
Ideal for: dark chocolate, Sachertorte flavour and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.9 kg of product + 2.1 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
