DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Aymara Tutto Cacao Chocolate Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for an excellent, creamy artisan chocolate gelato, with a high cocoa content.
It stays perfectly scoopable in the display case and is the everyday chocolate base, also a starting point for variegated flavours.
Ideal for: chocolate gelato, cremino and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no milk in the recipe, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.8 kg of product + 2.5 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
