Loveria Pistachio Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable soft cream with 20% pistachios and a full taste.
Velvety below zero, it is used for cremini, ripples and fillings for cones and semifreddi: 20% pistachios give a full taste and natural green colour, ideal with fior di latte and white chocolate.
Ideal for: pistachio, white chocolate and iced latte cremino.
Features: 20% pistachios, velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
