This Loveria Pistachio Leagel, a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, is designed for bars, coffee shops and pastry shops: a pistachio cream for topping crêpes, waffles and pancakes and for hot and cold drinks.
It is used with the Loveria dispenser to portion the cream.
Ideal for: pistachio iced latte, croissants and crêpes.
Features: dispensed with the Loveria pump, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation.
