Citrus, Cinnamon and Sichuan Pepper Fruity & Veggy Leagel, a vegan granita base, brings the Fruity & Veggy range to granita: an original, refreshing flavour, spiced citrus with cinnamon and the tingle of Sichuan pepper, with dehydrated concentrated fruit juice and pulp.

The granita is spiced and surprising, also suited to cocktail bars.

Ideal for: spiced winter granita, cocktails and dessert glasses.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water until dissolved, leave to rest and freeze.

Dosage: 200 g of product + 800 g of water.

Processing: cold.
