Mint Granita Rubicone is a powder base for granita with a mint taste, vegan and dairy-free, made with water only.
Mint gives a green, cool and very refreshing granita: vegan, it is made with 4-5 litres of water. A complete powder, it is mixed with water and poured into the granita machine for a refreshing mint granita.
Ideal for: granitas in bars and gelato shops.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the granita machine.
Dosage: 1 kg with 4-5 L of water.
