DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Neutral Granita Base Leagel is the base for granitas of any flavour: mix it with water and fresh fruit or Leagel syrups for an evenly textured granita.

One base for all granitas, with no large crystals.

Ideal for: Sicilian granita, fresh fruit and syrup granitas.

Features: neutral granita base, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the granita machine.

Dosage: 175 g of product per 1 L of water + 245 g of syrup of choice.

Processing: cold.
