Bilberry, Elderberry and Lemon Fruity & Veggy Leagel, a vegan granita base, brings the Fruity & Veggy range to granita: an original, refreshing flavour, bilberry and elderberry brightened by lemon, with dehydrated concentrated fruit juice and pulp.

The granita is dark and aromatic.

Ideal for: granita with brioche, frozen cocktails and berry sundaes.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water until dissolved, leave to rest and freeze.

Dosage: 200 g of product + 800 g of water.

Processing: cold.
