Neutral Granita Rubicone is a powder base for granita with a neutral taste, vegan and dairy-free, made with water only.
The neutral taste is flavoured with syrups: 5 litres of water makes the base for granitas of every flavour, reducing stock. A complete powder: just mix it with water, flavour it and pour it into the granita machine.
Ideal for: granitas in bars and gelato shops.
Recommended pairings: Rubicone syrups and fruit.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the granita machine.
Dosage: 1 kg with 5 L of water.
