It is a neutral vegan base with no added sugar, to flavour with pastes: it lets you create a range of flavours for vegans and those limiting sugar.

Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.

Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
