Soy with Fructose Leagel from the I Love Soia line is a soya base for artisan gelato with white base, lactose- and cholesterol-free.

Soy replaces milk, allowing lactose-free, cholesterol-free custard flavours: the white base is flavoured with Leagel pastes, from chocolate to hazelnut.

Ideal for: soya gelato in any flavour, to flavour with Gold Line pastes.

Features: rich in fibre, just add water, sweetened with fructose, coconut vegetable fat, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve in water at 50 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: hot, at 50 °C.
