Elenka’s Conca d’Oro Lemon 100 is a base for making lemon gelato and granitas.

Wait 30 minutes before batch freezing the gelato mix; for granitas it can be used immediately after mixing.

DOSAGE: gelato 100 g of Conca d’Oro Lemon + 330 g of sugar per 1 l of water.
