Easy Lemon Bon Bon Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet lemon reminiscent of lemon candy.

Lemon bon bon tastes sweeter than classic lemon sorbet, reminiscent of lemon candies: very popular with children and perfect for colourful sundaes and sticks.

Ideal for: lemon gelato for kids, sundaes and sticks.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
