Lemon Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing lemon gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Lemon sorbet is the best-selling water-based flavour in the gelateria and the starting point for many preparations: besides the tray it is used for sgroppino, creamy granitas and sundaes with berries or strawberries.

Ideal for: lemon sorbet, sgroppino, cold creams and fruit sundaes.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water, rest for 15 minutes and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
