DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Lemon 50 Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: lemon-flavoured base for making a fresh, citrusy sorbet by adding only water and sugar. With just 50 g per litre you get a well-balanced lemon sorbet.
It is a practical solution for the best-selling water-based flavour, served on its own, in sgroppino or in fruit sundaes.
Ideal for: lemon sorbet, sgroppino and fruit sundaes.
Features: lemon flavour, prepared with water and sugar.
Directions: dry-mix base and sugar, dissolve in the water, rest for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g of Limone 50 + 350 g of sugar + 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
