Easy Ricotta Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: delicately flavoured ricotta.

Its taste is reminiscent of Sicilian desserts: finish it with candied fruit, chocolate chips or pistachio.

Ideal for: ricotta gelato with candied fruit, cassata gelato and cannolo.

Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
