DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Pistachio Reale Gelato Paste Leagel is made from pistachio and almonds with added vegetable oils, flavoured and coloured with chlorophyll: perfect for offering pistachio at excellent value.

It is fluid and easy to dose: the gelato has a lovely green colour and also suits ripples and semifreddi with excellent value for money.

Ideal for: pistachio gelato and variegates.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
