Strawberry Mirror Glaze Leagel is a strawberry-flavoured glaze with 15% strawberries, for covering gelato cakes, semifreddi and choux with a glossy, even surface.
Strawberry Mirror Glaze spreads in a smooth, even layer and makes a gelato cake display-ready; it stays glossy even at sub-zero temperatures.
Ideal for: fruit gelato cakes, cheesecakes and semifreddi.
Features: 15% strawberries, stays glossy at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Directions: heat to 45-50 °C, pour over the well-chilled cake, blast-chill and decorate.
Dosage: to taste, a thin layer on the cake.
