Mixed Berry Mirror Glaze Leagel is a mixed berry glaze with 15% fruit, for covering gelato cakes, semifreddi and choux with a glossy, even surface.

Spreadable and fluid, Mixed Berries Mirror Glaze adheres well even to cakes with unusual shapes; it stays glossy even at sub-zero temperatures.

Ideal for: fruit gelato cakes, cheesecakes and semifreddi.

Features: 15% mixed berries, stays glossy at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.

Directions: heat to 45-50 °C, pour over the well-chilled cake, blast-chill and decorate.

Dosage: to taste, a thin layer on the cake.
