Pour it into ramekins, chill and caramelise the sugar just before serving.

Ideal for: plated desserts, single portions and restaurant menus.

Directions: mix with milk and cream, pour into single portions and chill for at least an hour.

Dosage: 180 g with 500 ml milk and 500 ml cream.
