Panna Cotta Mix for Dessert Leagel makes, with milk and cream, a soft, creamy dessert, to top with Leagel toppings or variegates.

It needs brief cooking; unmould it and finish it with caramel or berry toppings. It contains vegetable fat from coconut and milk proteins.

Ideal for: restaurants, buffets and dessert glasses.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve in milk and cream, heat, pour into moulds and let it set in the fridge.

Dosage: 140 g with 500 ml milk and 500 ml cream.
