Powder Mix for Tiramisu Leagel is whipped with cream for a soft, stable cream, perfect for tiramisù trays, dessert glasses and plated desserts.

The mascarpone-style cream holds its shape. Just whisk it with the cream for 2 minutes. It also contains skimmed milk powder.

Ideal for: restaurants, catering and pastry displays.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: whip with cream, spread over coffee-soaked ladyfingers and finish with cocoa.

Dosage: 270 g per 1 L of cream.
