Mix for Tiramisu Rubicone is a powder mix for tiramisù and mascarpone desserts: a complete base for tiramisu-flavoured mousses and semifreddi.

With 400 g of powder, 500 g of cold milk and 500 g of cream in a planetary mixer you get a tiramisu-flavoured cream for mousses and semifreddi.

Ideal for: spoon desserts, cakes and semifreddi.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: whip in a planetary mixer with cold milk and cream.

Dosage: 400 g of powder + 500 g of cold milk + 500 g of cream.
