Coffee Plus 100% in Powder Toschi is a 100% Arabica instant coffee, perfect for making authentic coffee gelato by adding it to a white base. It can also be used to make instant coffee.

Being instant, it dissolves straight into the mix with no residue and lets you adjust the coffee intensity between 15 and 30 g per kg; in coffee bars it is also used for granitas and cold coffee drinks.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, granitas, semifreddi and instant coffee.

Directions for gelato: stir the coffee into the base, leave for 10 minutes and batch-freeze.

Directions for instant coffee: dissolve in hot water.

Dosage: for gelato 15-30 g per 1 kg of base mix; for instant coffee 15-20 g per 1 L of hot water.
