Coffee Forte 20 Concentrated Leagel, a gelato paste for artisan gelato, is a coffee concentrate that, at a low dosage, gives gelato the full taste of espresso; it is also used to boost creams and semifreddi.

It is used at just 20 g per kg, also in tiramisù.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, creams, semifreddi and tiramisù.

Suggested flavours: coffee, choco-coffee and caramel espresso gelato.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add to the white mix and churn.

Dosage: 20 g per kg of mix; in pastry 20-50 g per kg.
